The week, day by day

A planner, not an events listing: it's built on the only thing verifiable today, which is the official session schedule and the windows that schedule leaves free.

No track activity

The night with most leeway

No session at the circuit, so you're not up early the next day. This is when corporate dinners and private sponsor events cluster — and they're rarely announced publicly.

How booking works that week

The whole week, not one afternoon

What gets you through one day will not get you through seven

The agenda above is not a race day. It is a week that stacks engines in the afternoon, concerts at night and a club after that. Each one on its own is fine. All three back to back, several days running, is more noise than an ear takes in a normal month. And what does the damage is not any one peak: it is the total.

Foam plugs do not solve it, because they cut too much: they take away the PA, the music and the conversation, which is what you came for. Filtering plugs like the Loop Experience 2 take 17 dB off while keeping the timbre, per their spec sheet, and work for all three things on that list.

Two guides, not two products: we don't sell hospitality and we don't book tables. What's here is what each thing includes and the channel where it's actually bought.
